Ingredients
3 chicken breasts from frozen
1/2 cup (gluten free) chicken broth
4-6 tablespoons teriyaki ginger sauce/marinade
1/2 cup carrot strips (julienne)
Half a red pepper cut into strips
Place in crockpot in listed order. Our crockpot doesn't have high/med/low
settings so I just used 6 hours, but 5 might have been better for some
machines. Serve on a bed of plain rice.
